The feeling was Augustine could have a long career as a 12th man which is not a bad thing.

Yea, he's gonna suit up for the GranCanaria all-karaoke team
jokes aside, good second chance for Auggie who's gonna play (hopefully) in one of Europe's top tier leagues. He'll get experience and refine his game, then he may get back to the NBA in a couple years' time.

why did we release him? he was cheap.
