OT: question for anyone

Post#1 » by ezmac2 » Tue Aug 26, 2008 1:37 am

So i am about to start college and getting my sports management degree. I am wondering what i would have to do to get involved in the NBA or NFL with this or other degrees i would have to take. Seems bleak and i should also know by picking this subject but just any insight on how to become involved in the sports world. THanks

check with local teams for internships and positions within the organization. I know the Magic have several positions and often have internships up on their site. Ask your professors, counselors, and the head of the department for direction and advice. Be persistent.

Yes. The Magic site had a few internships available a couple weeks ago. They are looking for people who are no longer than 18 months out of graduating.

I know one was a "Business Development Internship".
