Britehouse to televise 26 of first 32 games

Britehouse and the Magic have agreed to televise 26 of the first 32 games this year with an acknowledgment that the impasse with FSN would likely remain status quo through the end of the calendar year.
Brian Schmitz was the author for those that were wondering as to his status with the OS.

Less incentive for BrightHouse & FSN to come to an agreement anytime soon. At least this carries us through to when the national TV games start.

Nothing, you'll see all games that are locally televised.

it may sound good but what happens if no deal is made with blackouthouse for the last half of the season when the fight really starts most of the games will be on fsn i have direct tv so it means nothing to me BUT it really hurts the people on cable sooooo glad i went to direct in jan.

This could be another PR blunder for the Magic if this is not resolved.
If the issue is still messed up, that means that shortly after the first of the year, only 15 or so of the 56 games will be seen.
Way to throw the dice.......

I thought I read somewhere that the NBA was gonna allow streaming online for local games

They are looking into doing so, but apparently each team chooses whether or not they want to provide this service.
It was posted awhile back from an Orlando Sentinel article that Brighthouse/FSN/whoever wouldn't agree to allow Magic games to be streamed online...

If any of you guys can afford League Pass I highly recommend it . It's great for an avid NBA fan
