That must be a joke. Seriously come on. You can't come up with a better offer. That would NEVER happen.

As a cavs fan i would say why the hell would the magic do that lol. I mentioned this before, the magic and cavs are not good trade partners. Even if the magic had interest in west, i dont see what we would want from them that would be available. We have no need for guys like bogans and reddick. The only way something could happen with west heading to the magic is through a 3 team deal.

There is no gosh darn way in heck that Rashard Lewis gets traded this year.

Well I for one, would consider any trade that involving RL. IMO, there are many players out there that can do what RL for half the price. If any move can reduce out cap to enable us to keep Hedo and perhaps become a player in 2010 I would listen. And I dont think this trade is all that bad as you guys make it sound. Ben solidifids our front court and frees up Dwight a ton to be more involved offensively, and West is a second Jameer to me.

And after all I said I agree with drsd, Otis will look like a fool if he traded RL this season.

The cavs would not even consider taking Lewis because of the contract. Right now if the took lewis they would be paying out the wazoo for luxury tax and that is not going to fly with Cleveland. Besides you would have both LeBron and Rashard playing the SF position just like you have here in Orlando. Granted LeBron could play PF but why do that when he florishes at SF. I just dont see this as a viable option at all.
