I just went over to the raptors board and saw that they got a second road jersey that is black. I wonder how come they are allowed black jerseys and the magic are not.

i think it's something about not being able to get a black ALTERNATE jersey in your first year of new jerseys...
although i've heard in the past that the NBA wasnt going to allow anymore black jerseys (this is when everyone was asking why the raptors didnt have a black alternate)

I could imagine if we got Black jerseys with blue pinstripes and the white panel on the side. I would have to come up with a demo of it but I think it would be pretty good.

You have to wait 2 years after introducing a new jersey to reapply for a alternate, I.E the Bobcats. They came into the league in 2004-2005 and had to wait til the 2006-2007 season to introduce the blue second road jersey. Milwaukee introduced their new jerseys in 2006-2007 and now have a red jersey 2 years later. The year we move into the new arena we should have that black alternate, like what talked about..
