Thanksgiving Day Game Magic vs Wizards 8pm

Well here we go a back to back and this time it is against the Washington Wizards on Thanksgiving Day.
I know that the Magic are hurting, but in this case I do believe that the Wizards are hurting more. Though here is a game where the Magic may take lightly and play down to the level of their competition as they have done before. Lets hope that the Magic have learned their lesson and just play as hard as they can and put the Wizards away.

Agreed. We need to play this team as if they were Detroit or Boston. We do not need to treat them like a D-League team. We know Deshawn Stevenson can play and Antawn Jamison has given Howard trouble in the past but at least we both do not have our starting PG. Should be a decent game although I feel we lose due to it being a back to back and given how much energy we used yesterday against the 76ers. It would be nice to have the b2b wins on the road and on national TV.

This could be a trap game given the close one last night in Philly.

If the Magic play well, they should handle the Wizzies.......I worry about depth though, and a flat effort tonight......can AJ play well enough with extended minutes back to back?

Don't worry about the magic not stepping it up... its on national TV and we will want to show nicely tonight... We may be tired, but i wouldn't worry about not being focusedon the game.

Take nothing for granted the Magic do have a bad habit ( hopefully broken) of playing down to their competition. Plus this a back to back game and the Magic had to put a lot of energy in beating. After saying all of that I expect the Magic to win this game against the Wizards.

The Wizards have the pieces to be a good offensive club, but without a real pg I think they struggle to put the pieces together. Also their defense stinks. I think if the Magic manage to play solid D on Jamison and if Dwight is able to control the paint we will be fine.

Pietrus could come up huge tonight, as could Lee. In fact, I think Lee will break out and finally arrive on the NBA scene, but I could be wrong.

Magic win a close one, 109-103
