Thats also what i thought before looking at the numbers when i talked about Sixers having the best duo or trio in the league.

Jrue was a top 10 player for the league last season, considering playoffs and reg season. Was an efficient scorer, probably the best defensive guard and was highly impactful on both ends of the floor. I value Harden the highest on the team but i give credit where its due.

Jrue was just better last season.

Overall career? Hands down, Harden.
Next season? I’m betting on Harden.

Legacy aside and just pure championship aspiration, would you trade Maxey for CP3? How about we include Tobias for Mikal in the deal? Cp3-Harden-Mikal-Tucker-Embiid for a year.

Embiid will never be traded unless he demands to be moved.

No, I wouldn't trade Maxey for Paul. Exactly what has he won that makes him a "get over the top" piece?

They had Melton (and even Thybulle) over Maxey.

Who cares Maxey has been beating the odds his whole life. Zero worries about him. He puts the work in.

One area I'd like to see him improve upon so he can take the next leap is playmaking.

I mentioned this weeks ago.

Definitely agree. The problem is Ainge is looking to bend people over the desk. I'd love to think a Thybulle / Korkmaz for Clarkson would get it done but I think Ainge would be holding out for picks and swaps???

Money doesn't work on that.

Anything 538 does on sports has always sucked. I don't know why they bother anymore.

538’s model sucks for individual players because it seems to weight all-in-one player defensive metrics which are straight up trash. I think their team projection model is actually pretty good tho.

How?? :-?

Maybe we could find a way to absorve Clarkson's contract but no way we can trade for Bogdan unless we send like 5 or 6 guys to the Jazz.

I also don't think Clarkson value is a first rounder considering our pick situation, which is the floor of what the jazz would want.

I think it’s mostly just a fun side project for them, and the issue is more that people elsewhere don’t know how to value it.
