Backup point guard has to be the TOP priority this off-season. There’s no reason harden should be playing 37 mpg with this roster. He should be able to play somewhere between 30-32 without us falling apart. Same goes for Embiid.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Grimes/Edgecombe/Gordon
Oubre/Edwards/Council
George/Watford/Walker
Embiid/Bona/Drummond/Broome

Rest him until he’s completely healthy

I think the bigger issue is still backup center. Until the team stops falling apart without Joel, they need all hands on deck. That's why it made sense to try to unleash Maxey as a supersub. Try to have him rest Harden more, and have the offense explode. Didn't work out. The bench is so much more effective with Harden

I mean a Harden + bench unit works great. Having a super-sub C and/or PG would be awesome if we can find it.

Ideally, we find a trade where we turn Harris's salary into some combination of a strong backup PG, strong backup C, and solid starting F then we'll be even better next season. Even if we get 2 of those in said trade and use the MLE to focus on the other we'd be so much better.

It's remarkable Morey has been able to work around Tobias's contract the way he has.
