It would be absolutely heartwarming to see this team come out like killers tomorrow and just bury the Celtics.

But first... a Knicks win.

Things are so desperate that Bill Simmons is openly asking Marcus Smart to play even dirtier on his podcast this morning. Absolute scum of the earth fanbase.

Have you heard what Smart said post game? I dont know, i find it to be subliminal

Just watched the Smart clip. He basically said “you’ve gotta be willing to get dirty, bleed, break something, tear something or you shouldn’t be on the court.”

Sounds like Embiid should protect his knees tomorrow night. If he starts playing dirty, we need to put Trez out there to start a fight with him and get him ejected lol.

He gave great minutes tonight. If it exhausts him, so be it. If he can do it, give him 8 minutes every game with the goal of coming out of the game exhausted.

This is strange to me. The 76ers have long athletic defenders on the bench that they won't use even for short amount of times. Why?

For me, it's doubtful - actually impossible - that any game will ever replace game 7 of the 1982 ECF, maybe the only time I actually cried as a game was ending. That game was such an apotheosis, Julius at his best and Toney going full Boston Strangler mode, and beating that despised Boston team in that schiithole after blowing a 3-1 lead the year before, that the Finals against L.A. were like an anticlimax.

If you've never seen it, check out at least the 4th quarter. I've probably watched this a couple dozen times.

Daniel House signing was validated with just one playoff game. Touche, Morey.

Trez and Dedmon get ready.

Also didn't Korkmaz get in a brawl overseas?

Furk needs to break out the Vader mask. It’s gonna be that kind of night.

Smart is not above crashing into the back of someone's leg and saying it was just a hustle play.
