I don't think broke and Maxey will ever go together again. And I don't say this to be flip. But if the money keeps Maxey happy and productive then so be it. I love Jojo’s attitude towards Maxey. Its as if he’s OK giving him the keys.

I was noticing the same thing last night. Embiid seems to be growing up right before our eyes and understanding that he can still get his numbers and at the same time preserve his body and have a better chance of playoff success with this team approach of Nurse's motion offense. Nothing else Morey does will have the impact of this coaching change.

Thats how he should play it. Once defense focuses on Maxey, it will free him up and take the pressure off him. He’s smarter and more mature now.
