Buddy Hield Appreciation Thread
You were one of the more disappointing Morey acquisitions especially in the playoffs but considering we didn't give up much for you, it wasn't that bad of a move. Anyways good luck in GS with Melton.

Thanks for Game 6 and good luck in GS.
I don't have anything against Buddy, he just wasn't a fit for what Nurse wanted.

Game 6 was maybe the best part of last season - the "Buddy ... Buddy!" chant when he was at the foul line was incredibly cool, and so Philly. It will always be a hint of what might have been.
Good luck to Buddy, absolutely no hard feelings.

It was a dud of a trade. Not a big deal. Nothing lost, nothing gained. All is good. Hope he catches fire again in Golden State. I have a feeling he will.

So the 76ers get a 9 million dollar trade exemption, right?
... But in order to sign Paul George into their space, they'd have to renounce the exemption... So does that mean they have to waive Paul Reed's contract in order to keep the exemption while signing George?

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

I wish Nurse would have gave him & Council some more opportunities in the playoffs. Oh well, wish him the best and look forward to him being the best shooter in the league next year

I gave up on game 6 early and started walking around, and there was a really drunk guy outside Watusi in west Philly yelling ‘Budddddyyy!’ so loud I could hear him from outside, and I went in and watched the rest of the game and there were lots of high 5s before the inevitable defeat. Worth an appreciation.

Never understood why Nurse took him off so long in game 6 when he was cooking and carrying us.
