The 3 way above, with Atl, works:

Philly- Amare
Atl- Miller, Utah's # 1
Phx- Marvin Williams, Pachulia, Evans

Atl gets a PG and rids itself of Pachulia's contract.
Phx gets a skilled C in Pachulia, only 23, reasonable contract. He has been snake bitten this year, but he has potential going forward. Evans toughens them up, and Williams gives them an athletic 3-4 type to team with Marion.

We get Amare. 'nuff said!

Philadelphia doesn't give up enough in that trade.
Phoenix receives very little.

You must admit that it's a start.

All 3 teams improve. Phx gets young, inexpensive depth up front. Pachulia is a wildcard here. He's only 24, and if healthy, gives Phx a post option. Plus, Evans toughens them up when they go against teams like SA.

Atl gets a quality 1 and improves their chances of affording Smith. They are loaded in the frontcourt and Miller would make each player more effective, much like he did here.

We can then go hard for Calderon in the summer to play the 1.

I would love to somehow get Calderon and Stoudemire on this team during the offseason. We would have to give up our pick this year and at least one of our picks next year. But this lineup would be amazing:

Calderon/Williams
Iguodala/Giricek (if we can somehow get rid of Green)
Young/Carney
Stoudamire/Hill
Dalembert/Smith

Perfect age and complement each other perfectly. I think the Suns would take Miller's contract as well since it will be an expiring in the offseason. Either that or sign and trade Miller for Calderon.
