ive watched jason thompson since he was a freshman in high school.. ive played ball with him, and was/am still a good friend of his.. he's a great player, and smart as they come.. we'd NEVER have problems with his work ethic or ego... hes a bad free throw shooter, but has a midrange touch and a nice hook shot.. with a little more bulk, he'd be a perfect fit for our offense..

not only that, but i could get tickets to a few games! DRAFT HIM!

Is that an unbiased opinion?? Seriously, I do hope he is successful in the NBA, regardless of team. I saw a recent interview with him, and he seems like a grounded kid...nice to see an underdog do well.

I still think that we'll be trading away our pick this year to aquire a PF. This team is a playoff team from here on out, and I have to wonder how much a rookie PF will do. The player I think is perfect for this team is David West, but there's no chance that NO trades him. I would trade Iguodala for him without thinking twice but NO wouldnt. What about Okur? He's a solid option bc he can play PF/ C and would give us some scoring, even if he isnt a low post threat. Other option remain Brandon Wright, Nenad Kristic, and Zach Randolph. Whats the better option?
