I seriously doubt that will be the atmosphere this year.

To all of us crazy die-hard Sixer fans who have agonized over every minute of this year- all the way back to living and dying over Summer League webcasts...

I hope we appreciate how rare it is to be able to watch a team go from the basement to a legit playoff team on the rise in one amazing season. Usually if you closely follow a rebuilding team you hope to be rewarded by seeing the young players build the team back to respectability over a few years. This great run over the last two months has been a complete shock, and hopefully is only the beginiing of a new rise to contention built around our young core.

So fans aren't going to cheer as hard because we're not a favorite this time?

Does anyone have an idea of when the Sixers will play, or is it too early?

No way to know until the matchups are set.
