In this round I have included the losers from last round (3rd place matchup). Basically, this will give us the top 3 targets in each category. Once again, bold your picks.

As I stated earlier, the plan was to get down to 1 target from each bracket. I don't see the need to matchup the winners from each bracket (besides maybe matching up the winners of the veteran trade target group). This way we get an idea of what PF(s) we would like to see Ed go after in FA or via a trade. Excluding the no duhs like Bosh, KG, Dirk, Boozer, Duncan, D. Howard, D. West, Gasol, Jefferson, Amare and Aldridge. I just thought the chances any of those guy gets traded is extreemly low. Especially to us who probably don't have what those teams would want in return .

Here's the top 3 from each grouping...

Wait... we're now going on with this? :-) Then again... what's the point since Brand will win.

If we ended up with any of the #1 seeds, I would be more than happy. I tried discussing this before but it didn't take so let me bring it up again....

What do you guys think about us obtaining Lamar Odom? On one hand, he seems to really fit in with our guys in that he's a versatile player who can play in an up-tempo system as it's PF. On the other hand, Odom is a jack of all trades, master of none which doesn't exactly help us establish a "go to" guy. I'm a bit torn on the idea of getting him.

I have said all along that the voting would end with the last round. Selective reading I guess. Anyhow, with respect to Odom. I would have no issues with going after him as our PF. He's only got 1 yr left which is good and bad (assuming we don't extend him). The good is we get to see how he fits before we would need to commit long term to him. The bad is we would need to acquire him in a trade and what can we give up for a guy who may only be here 1 year? I guess, in theory, if it's a player like Willie or Evans and our cap space that we deal, that wouldn't be so bad since we would have the cap space back next year with Odom expiring.

Odom stepped up big time in the 2nd half of the season. About 16 PPG (shooting nrealy 60% on FGs), 12 RPG, 4 APG, over 1 SPG and about 1.5 BPG. Those are not true #1 type numbers as far as scoring, but in terms of the rest of his game it's #1 quality. How many othe bigs are averaging 12 RPG and 4 APG over the 2nd half of the year?

Odom is a very dumb basketball player especially when taking into consideration that his BEST attribute is his ability to create and playmake from the SF/PF position. He misses layups like Reggie Evans inside. If he couldn't look excel playing with Kobe I definitely do not want him playing with Iguodala and Carney...He also doesn't come to play every game mentally. He actually is misused a little bit in LA because he needs to touch the ball on every play and create to be at his best like back in MIAMI but that will just result in turnovers and losses.

Don't worry, that builds character and you can never have too much character...
