Edin Bavcic is the cat we drafted a couple years ago with the unibrow. :D Carroll is a Korver wannabe that played for St. Joes.

You and me both. Iggy is like the people who eat the Burger King Steakhouse burger without earning it, just plain arrogant and appalling. How dare he not participate in the NBA summer league while entering only his 5th season?

If Carrol can prove he can stroke the 3 at a decent clip...i think he makes the team.

But the real deal on this squad is Pat Effin Caroll........over under 30 pts per game?

Gordon played PG in college, but he is not a real point guard. His assist to turnover ratio was 5 to 4. By the way try to answer without cursing.

P.S.- the 76ers need to remove Dee Lynam from the sidelines and replace her with Julie Banderas or Rebecca Gomez.

Undrafted outta college(Duke team lost in 1st round to Kansas). Paul McPherson found his way to the Suns training camp roster. The Suns inserted him into a game and he exploded. Amazing athletic talent. He got to the rack and scored with ease. But then it all went downhill when McPherson and Corie Blount were traded for...ROFL, Vinny Del Negro. Pherson still had somewhat success in GS, before getting in vast run-ins with the law. And after that, no team in ANY league wanted him.

Pherson's pride and lack of position kicked him outta da league. Can Gordan be a different story? Time will tell.

Reminds me of a very good idea.. Andre Iguodala can play off the bench. Ala James Posey to Ray Allen. Carrol = Ray Allen
Iguodala = Posey / with PJ Brown's scoring ability.

Anyone know if any of the games are being televised anywhere other than NBATV?

It's not the Sixers games, but apparently if you go to the link below, you can get access to the games that are being played in the tournamant that starts today.

http://www.nba.com/magic/news/summerleague.html

There's a Watch Live link that I assume will be active once the games start.

Thanks.
CSN used to show a couple summer league games but they haven't for the past couple years.

Hey, did any of you guys notice Louis Amundson is playing for GS in the summer league. He could be an interesting addition to the Warriors if he makes the team.

Why did the coach of Mississippi State allow Jamont Gordon to shoot so many trays when she shot for such a low percentage. Here is a guy who shot 41% last year, but could have shot to a much higher percentage, if the coach had told him about giving up his low rate of success of 3 point failures throughout his career. Gordon could have scored a lot more points with his superior drive to the hoop. Kids are kids, if you don't stop them in their tracks to let them know they made a mistake, sometimes they will just keep on making the same mistakes. Here is a look at the 3 point history of Jamont Gordon.
