Iggy finally has a #1 scoring option...he doesn't need to be the #1!
For the first time ever he has a double team drawer in the post...a power presence!!!
That means no more excuses.
If Iggy does not put it together this season, then it's go-time for IGgy and there may not be any buyers.
A couple questions for IGgy this year:
Will he be able to handle being the #2?
Will he try at times to take the 1 spot and do stupid things ont he court ala fadeaways and double team forces?
With Iggy not having to worry as much about being the man on offense, can he amp up the defense...which brings me to my next point...
DOES ANYONE ELSE AGREE THAT IGUODALA IS A VERY OVERRATED DEFENDER...AND HE IS SIMPLY ABOVE AVERAGE AT BEST, BUT HAS THE TOOLS TO BE GREAT!
Have thought this for a while, last year can even be an exception because he had to focus so much on offfense, he was really weak on defense...but this year, he needs to be lockdown...especially if lou starts!
Discuss iggy being in teh spotlight and under the microscope and your true opinion on his defense.
