Not a Doc guy by any means but we never slammed the door enough to be comfortable.
The starters 'pissed away' the lead when they came back in late, but that game was never in doubt. I get that the Sixers have an inate ability to lose games they should never lose, especially at home.
He never gives guys a chance to weather a storm and learn how to close. You don't know when you might need them in a big spot at some point in case of injury. And on a back to back, with a good team coming up on the back end, getting Embiid out as early as possible was the smart play.
