I finally got a chance to watch the condensed replay on League Pass since I was busy last night. It really felt like we were thinking ahead to tonight’s Heat game and hoping to not get full pushed against the Cavs. Super encouraging to see the team come back and stabilize after that awful 1st quarter. If Shake can regain his form, that’d be huge for this team.
Embiid seemed super frustrated which I can understand because he was scoring pretty easily in the post but was receiving entry passes too often. Something he’s probably used to but I get why it’d piss him off.
Garland looked so damn good, what a baller. You can really see why guys like KD give him so much respect. A random play at the end but Evan Mobley took a step back 3 at the end of the game that rimmed out and looked really good coming out of his hand. The Cavs will be an awesome team in the future if he becomes a 3 point shooter & is capable of some isolation scoring.

This game was a very interesting contrast to the Celtics game where the other team started out blazing hot and the Sixers couldn't get a stop. Against the Celtics they lost contact and the game was over but with Harden the Sixers were able to keep it close enough to make a run. Celtics of course are generally playing much better than the Cavs lately also.
