Oh I thought he said something about Tobias kept posting up instead of facing up. What he actually said is not so amusing.

And I still think its ok, if you have Embiid.
While you end games with both Maxey and Embiid.

Because you’re able not to run heavy dribble drive offense with Embiid. You have Seth, Tobi and Biid on the starting unit and Maxey’s scoring will just be overlapped.

While as 6th man, Maxey is way more skilled than Milton who is not that skilled and Korkmaz who’s showing some inconsistency.

This also explains why Maxey’s scoring made a jump without Embiid while he played passive when he was with Embiid.

Im not saying Maxey is not good and Milton is better so Milton has to start, it is because of rotation and what players skillset issue. For the same reason Drummond maybe one of our team’s best players but we don’t see him starting just because he is one of our team’s best players.

Dont get me wrong, I still think both are feasible options. What matters is Maxey end games.

While if you dont have Embiid you need Maxey because you dont have that much firepower.

Embiid wins us games, Simmons keeps us competitive when he’s out, Harris is a tank commander and Maxey gives us hope for the future

Hali has been just okayyyy so far in my Kings viewings, but on paper and going forward they're a beautiful combination of backcourt skillsets. Hali brings the shooting, length and defending to compliment Maxey's ball dominant lead guard playstyle.

I'm still okay with Hali + Barnes + pick(s) in a Ben deal for the potential that Haliburton can possibly grow into at the ages of 23+.
