Good for the team they needed it. Can't say i'm shocked the Rockets don't have a lot of talent around Yao without TMac playing.

I guess they had to win sometime...

On a sidenote, Dalembert is playing out of his mind.

They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

This win was different. I will take this kind of win all day. Young players playing real crucial minutes. No willie, carney, or evens to be seen in crunch time. I'll take this kind of win.

Either way, I still believe we're a 28-30 win team which will leave us in the Bottom 10. While a Top 3 pick would be awesome, I'm still expecting our major addition to this roster to come via free agency/trade.

Clutch free throws by Igoudala. That should clinch the win.

I guess it was pretty stupid to think they would realistically be a bottom 5 team. But, I still want them to stay in the 7-9 range.

This is our first win since the Korver trade and first win in '08.

I have to say that seeing our guys snap this streak here is good since we could very well be looking at a 4 game losing streak over the next 4.

And ... I don't recall seeing Giricek at all in this game. Not sure if that means anything ...

maybe it means Moe decided its a good idea not give minutes to Giricek because he wone be here next year and instead letting Lou and Thad playing more minutes

Does "guys" include coaches ?

Nice coaching job coach Cheeks. Nice defensive strategy to keep Yao from dominating inside.

I missed the first 3 quaters but what a great comeback.

From what I saw, our pgs held it down and Daly and Thaddeous Young looked great.

We should do the rightvthing and cut him so he can go play on a team that wants him for more than just his money.

that would free up a roster spot, so we can go out and sign the former legend, our very own sloppy...

I love that those were also the 5 guys who closed out the game. I'm really hoping that Thad keeps improving the way he has so that he can take over the starter's role by March.

While I'm sure we'll end up adding a nice player in the draft (somewhere between pick 6 and 11), I'm expecting us to add an impact PF either through free agency or trade. If we could get Miller, Iguodala, Thad, and Dalembert used to playing with each other as much as possible... I think it'll help with ease the new guy into the lineup.
