Our losses are self inflected.

We have the formula to beat the Hawks.

We just have to pace ourselves and continue what we are doing at a high level for 48 mins.

They forgot to put free-throw percentage in the fourth quarter on there.

Ben shutting down Giannis.
Seth outscoring Jrue.
Tobi outscoring Middleton.

Dwight wrestling Giannis and both gets suspended for the series.

Profit

Would be fun if both teams make it a Ben vs Giannis FT shooting showdown lol

As bad as we think our bench is, theirs is even worse. If Harris and Embiid can play Middleton and Giannis to a draw, we have a shot at winning the math battle from there on out. Especially if Glenn plays Maxey like he's supposed to.

Kobble are you ready for your justifications once Giannis averages 40 per game against us? Hahahaha

I think we actually matchup fine against the Bucks. It’s teams with elite guards like the Nets and Hawks that we have trouble.

Yeah, he’s had a tough series, but I think tonight was a good night for him. He got some confidence. He shot the ball pretty bad, but made big shots at the end. I think he is prob in line for a good ECF. I hope if he plays us, he keeps shooting poorly, but he is a good player and bound to find his rhythm.

He shot well at the end of the 4th but came back to being horrible in OT, outside of the final defensive possession and Durant.

He was even missing lay ups....

Yeah. I think it was a turning point for him. Having a strong finish at the end of regulation could be a huge confidence boost. Maybe not. I hope not. I think he missed a shot or two in overtime. It’s all speculation on my part, but I suspect it was likely a nice turn for him.

If he continues to launch bad shots, that will be big for us. I thought Harden and Jrue’s repeated misses were key for the other team staying in the game last night.

Damn, that would mean we left the dunkers spot unguarded all series long and gave up a ton of transition buckets. Because we know for damn sure that Giannis can't cook.

Other than the last few minutes of the 4th, Jrue was the Nets second best player. He was awful and would have been the reason the Bucks didnt advance. He was terrible that series, going to need more of that if the 76ers can pull off a win tonight.

I think we match up very well, in theory, but we have played so bad these last few weeks, unless we turn things around we don’t match up well against anybody. We are going 7 games against the Hawks, and they aren’t that good, and I think Embiid will continue to struggle with knee swelling.

I’ve had this funny feeling that we paid the devil for the 2001 run. All the teams we beat will have their revenge

We paid the price with Toronto’s revenge with Kawhi. Now we’re going to pay the price with Milwaukee winningGame 7 on our floor.

Yeah. For all the doomsday posts, the Sixers are still in a great position to steal a ring this year.

That's funny. Sadly the only primary ballhandler who's worse than Giannis in the halfcourt is on our roster. :(

I feel like this year's ring is arguably more illegitimate than last year. 3/4 of the teams seemed to have a major injury and the best teams were knocked out. I'll definitely take it though. I'm pulling for the Clippers out West. Kawhi is going to be hampered and I think we can shut down PG. The Suns would be way more difficult with Booker, Ayton, and CP3. Not that Ayton is having an insane playoffs, but he has similar height/length as Joel and can stretch the floor a bit (to about 16 ft), thus giving CP3 some room to drive.

Honestly, aside from the Hawks, anybody could win it. I doubt the Hawks playing out of their minds have the firepower to go all the way, but the rest of the teams have a shot.

With that said, we have looked horrible. It’s not doomsday, chicken little, or scared of the Bucks. We have simply looked bad, Embiid is hurt, and we have been coached horribly this series.

Nevertheless, we have an MVP candidate, and enough talent to beat any of these teams if we get hot. If we can keep Embiid heathy, and the supporting cast shows up, there isn’t an unstoppable juggernaut in our path.

Imagine Giannis as Ben’s simmons’ defender
