Darth Amin reported on ESPN's The Jump (h/t Miami Heat Beat) that Butler played with the third-string players on the Timberwolves and beat the starters in a scrimmage. Wojnarowski detailed the scene after the scrimmage:
I mean, i know you're obtuse, but there is even a Woj tweet quoted in the article about how the bench guys were fascinated with Butler during the scrimmage.
What's the point on being this dense and wrong?

I don’t think it slows them down much. They are reportedly a tight-knit group and love playing with Embiid. I think they like Ben as a person, but Embiid is the dominate player and personality on the team. I think he sets the tone in the locker room, for better or worse. It doesn’t appear that it is dividing the locker room. You just have a guy in the corner sulking because he was exposed in the playoffs. It’s unusual, but the rest of the team has to go about their business.

True but team camaraderie is important for long 82 game stretch see how it goes when they start playing on the court

Google is your friend and here it is straight from Butler’s mouth
Woj was full of **** and called on it by Jimmy
Butler played well but shot the ball once (sound familiar?) and spent the entire practice making a point to whoever would listen

Guess you also believe that Ben practiced with a mobile in his pocket because that’s what a Sixers mouthpiece wants you to believe

First of all, you said "the article doesn't say that" and i directly quoted you the part of the article where it straight up says it....
Second, the transcript of the podcast you're quoting is Butler admiting that the scrimmage stuff wasn't planed and that he actually yelled. But there is no part of the article where Jimmy says that his plays was a myth or that Woj is lying, what he actually says is that Woj should not be leaking internal stuff of the team and should know better because if he says so it's true, so you can't try to make like it didn't happened. He's actually saying he is mad at the stuff being reveleaed.
I mean, he even end saying
Oh, I was dominating, but I only shot the ball once. Dimes, boom, boom, boom. Steals, blocks. I only shot the ball one time.
I seriously don't understand what are you reading, but you seem to have a thing for trying hard even when is proved to you, you're wrong.

What would be the motive behind having a phone in his pocket? Or his practice jersey? I'm not really following the importance of this story.

Dude trying to a pull a DLo. Definitely another huge red flag. He's a weird dude. I truly hope their is no plan for him to suit up. Too many distractions and potential for things to go wrong. Fake/Real injury, locker room issues, team chemistry, etc. Send him home till Dec 15th if nothing breaks open before then and then hope for the best.
I don't care what people think. People are stupid.

I don’t think he is here that long. If he keeps doing what he is doing for two more months, and still isn’t traded, I see fake injuries coming and him being removed from the team. Klutch doesn’t have much leverage, but if Morey doesn’t find a trade in a few months, I don’t see Ben quietly continue playing games.

That footage of the huddle should be the last straw. Sit him out for the season, I don't care if they lose games or money, that sort of **** should not be tolerated at any level.

Your reading comprehension is horrible. He says in the article that he played with the third stringers, beat the starters, yapped the whole time, and dominated. He says he shot once but dominated with defense, steals, assists, and everything else. He even says his talk got taken up a notch because the management and ownership were there. You can nitpick about shots, but you were dead wrong as usual.
You are wrong about everything because you only skim articles looking for information to confirm your point. If you don’t want to lose every discussion, start reading full articles.

Dummy talking about comprehension
Jimmy sat out preseason and refused to practice
Thibs ordered him to run with starters and he refused as he was getting traded
Ended up playing with bench guys while yelling at everyone else
It was reported that he got all the buckets which was clearly a dramatisation designed for click baiting
Go and boo Simmons because he practices with a mobile phone in his sweats

I think most that boo will be booing because they are frustrated with the holdout, the refusal to even try to expand his game and treating the city, the team and management when they have spoiled him for years and years.
The phone or whatever in his pocket and not huggling up in the huddle thing is the media's thing, hoping to get clicks, rile things up and keep things unsettled and therefore worth reporting on.

I think people are reading too much into things.
Ben never has been mr rah rah and was at the back of a big ass group.
He might be pouty and going through the motions but idk if that video proves that imo.

I never said he got all the buckets. That’s just your weak attempt to move the goal posts because you were easily proved wrong again. I said the report was he he played with the third stringers and dominated, which you posted an article that confirmed it lol. You are now trying to summarize and emphasize different parts of the story to save face, but it’s too late for that.
You did this for days with the collective bargaining agreement discussion because you were so confused you thought the Sixers were out of leverage and Ben couldn’t lose salary. You were dead wrong as always and now Ben is back with the team so he doesn’t lose money lol.

It was reported he dominated the scrimmage. Didn’t say anything specific about scoring.

Yeah, I took nothing from that. I'm sure he's pouty but that looked like a pile of nothing.

River and Morey basically begged him to come back. He is 100% playing and it's going to be fascinating.
