Can't hide behind Doc Rivers being behind these moves anymore.

DJ was on a championship team this year. Morey also got us Dwight and Drummond. They both were solid.

I was totally fine with Bamba, but this? Hell I’d rather have Dedmon back at least he seemed like a good locker room guy.

Is this tampering again? Don’t pick up your PO, test the waters and if no one bites we will bring you back in a minimum that saves us some tax space based on how vet minimums are calculated?

Harrell not picking up his PO was the best part of the offseason up until this…thing..happened. Is this what Harden demanded Josh Harris to do?

Could have a bench of Isiah Joe, Charles Bassey and Julian Champagnie right now around the same price and a dozen times better. Grrrr!!!

Are we sure Daryl Morey isn't Chip Kelly? I'm not huge on conspiracy theories, but has anyone ever seen them in the same room together?

Initially that may have been the case. But late in the RS and the playoffs they would often play a two man game which would lead to Reed getting easy baskets.

Morey better not lose Reed. That would be criminal. I wish this season was over already, so I could see what Morey is gonna do with 2 max slots to sign talent. It's the 76ers nothing quite works out the way you think it will.

The good news for Morey is he only has to keep leaking to Windhorst that he has something big cooking for another 3 weeks, because then Eagles training camp will start and no one’s gonna care about the Sixers anymore.

Just imagine a world where Morey signs Harrell... BEFORE he signed Bamba.

Morey has this fanbase pushing him to the edge of the plank, instead of just pushing him off, he's trying to persuade you to make him captain. He definitely has something up his sleeve.

Don't know what to say to this one.

Daryl has squeezed all of the remaining enjoyment out of following this team.

Read on Twitter

For those who can't read Twitter pages, this reads:

@wojespn

Signing doesn't change the team's desire to bring back Paul Reed, per team source.

So there's that at least. A shred of hope. To me, if the team were to lose Reed after re-signing Trez it wouldn't signal "the end" on the court but it would suggest such a bizarre disconnect from basketball reality that it'd be hard to trust Morey's judgment any more.

Yeah, that's obnoxious. I did worry this would be the case since the minimum is more than what he opted out of.

On the plus side, I don't think Nurse would actually play him. So he'll just be knocking down ladders and yelling at people from the bench. Yal love the Heat culture BS and Haslem has been eating up a roster spot for years now...

But yes, Doc was not the root of every single issue on the team.

I just can even understand why Harrell is still in the NBA.
