Need to dangle Thybulle + #23 to get in position to get a sliding Branham. He's a guaranteed franchise piece. A can't-miss star.

Side note:

I was doing a little dive on the AAC conference. Came across a guy I love for next year's class.

https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/players/tristen-newton-1.html

He's transferring to Uconn so we'll see what he does in the Big East, but man, this dude's game is highly skilled and diverse. Is 6'5" 200 pounds and can play either PG or SG.

Besides my well established love for Moore, I think my dream outcome is Jaden Hardy. His iso scoring and PnR play could make a Hardy/Maxey backcourt a force for the next decade.

I’d be on board with moving up for Branham as well but I’m not sure if there’s many teams looking to trade back.

Still would buy like pick 50 or something to snag Nembhard. That guy can ball.

The more I look at Hardy, the more he seems like a lesser, less-skilled version of Cam Thomas.

His only function as a basketball player is to perform in a creation core scoring role. And I'm not sure if he's skilled enough to warrant adding him as a building block of your offense.

I've been an advocate of Cole Anthony, but he's kind of in the same boat. Love him for his swagger and bucket getting ability, but ultimately, Orlando is going to want to jettison him and build their offense around more skilled guys like Franz Wagner. I could see Hardy's drafting team feeling the same way.

Can we even trade our pick before draft night?
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Bona/Watford/Barlow
Embiid/Drummond/Broome

I don’t think we officially can but we can agree to a trade and make the selection on their behalf.

Does Cam Thomas have you on the payroll? I feel like I’ve seen you compare other player unfavorably to him several times lol.

Every stocky 2 guard that can't defend or pass but can get buckets is Cam Thomas. Demz da rulez.

No wonder he's been seen hanging out with Benny , they sound like perfect for one another.

One guy I keep going back to as a dude I think has the stats to make the leap is JD Davison.

He shot 75% in SEC/Tourney play. Was 64% at the rim on 16% assist shots. 33% on 0% assist for 2pt jumpers, and 30% on 68% assist for 3pters. His FG%, particularly from midrange to three can be attributed to difficulty of shots. Maxey had a similar issue, except he was assisted MORE on 3pts.

I wish JD was asked upon to score more, but he was also sharing the court with Shackelford, Quinerly, and Keon Ellis. They needed him to be more of a distributor. Good rebounder. Good block numbers. Turns it over a bunch, but he's young. He needs to refine his game obviously. But athletic as hell with a solid body type for a PG/CG in the NBA. Surprised he's not rising up the boards at all.

I kinda dismissed him early on because he's southern dude, so his interview with Schmitz made him seem... not smart. But I don't think that's the case. He's just a young guy who will probably be better with the media as he ages. Seems like a nice guy.

Have the Sixers even worked out anyone? Seems like know one has confirmed a workout with the Sixers yet. Morey probably already has a trade on the table for the pick and we won't find out until draft night?

Hopefully we've been holding secret meetings/workouts with Branham and we're going to trade up and get the best player in the draft.
