Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
White wouldn't cost a lot. Milton and a top 10 protected 1st should be right around the mark value wise, but the Bulls need a 4.
Sixers have Simmons and Harris, but it isn't practical for the Bulls to match salary on either.

White would be a good piece to buy for a reasonable price if we are going to sit on Simmons until the offseason. He gives you a little bit of an uptick in playoff performance.

What do you guys think about a Brunsson for Thybulle trade? Brunsson is a UFA after this season

I don’t see Brunson fitting here. He’s 6’1 and we already have Maxey and Curry here.
And we desperately need defense in Thybulle

He’s also the only other ball handler that Dallas has

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
PHI in: OG, Boucher, Dragic, Bogdan
PHI out: Harris, Simmons, Reed
TOR in: Ben, Collins, Gallinari
TOR out: Siakam, OG, Boucher, Dragic
ATL in: Siakam, Harris, Reed, 2022 TOR FRP, 2023 PHI SRP
ATL out: Collins, Bogdan, Galinari
Philly
Maxey Curry OG Boucher Embiid
Goran Bogdan Matisse Niang Drummond
Why for Philly?
Simultaneously offload Ben and Harris for a better fit at the 4 in Boucher, a championship caliber 3 in OG, a high level player in Bogdan, and a stud bench playmaker in Dragic. With these combined marginal improvements and Embiid playing like he is, I could see this team winning it all.
Toronto
Ben FVV Trent Barnes Collins
Flynn Svi Watanabe Achiuwa Birch
Why for Toronto?
Toronto gets their star in Ben who fits in the mold of what they’re trying to build. Collins as a very talented stretch 5 to pair with Ben and Scottie. This team would be insane defensively and projects strongly for the future.
Atlanta
Trae Huerter Harris Siakam Capela
Wright Knox Hunter Reed Okongwu
Why for Atlanta?
Atlanta gets their second star in Siakam to pair with Trae, and establishes a big 3 with Trae Siakam Harris. Moreover, they take on Harris’ contract while retaining a Toronto 1st, where Harris fits a need to alleviate playmaking next to Trae.

That is an awful trade for the Sixers. No thanks.

Do the Blazers want out of the Norm Powell contract? Green + Curry matches salary but gives us pretty onerous long term salary on the books.

I do not think Curry is going anywhere right? He is a very good fit with Embiid and a volume shooter with strong percentages.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Ben/Tobi/Shake/1RP for KP/Hardaway/Brunson/Kleber?
According to 538's RAPTOR model, this would bring us to around a 17% chance of winning a championship (for reference the Bucks are 14% in this scenario). For some reason this model values KP very highly, but Maxey Hardaway Green KP Embiid could be serious.

I don't see the Mavs trading both Kleber AND KP. They need to keep one to be a stretch-5 as a complement to Ben and Tobi.
As for us, I'm not confident that KP and Embiid could play well together on the defensive end, although maybe they can.
