Yeah, Brown sucks. Sochan is intersting in that he's truly an elite defender in a huge 6'9" 230 body. He might be an offensive zero, which would be annoying, but he's a defensive weapon for sure. However, he dyes his hair so he might be a Kuzma/Oubre party boy weirdo.

Jovic is our pick on Tankathon. Honestly, I wouldn't be mad at that pick. Seems like very talented wing at 6'11 with good vision and not afraid to take tough step back shots. Seems athletic enough. Need to watch more of him, but I've liked what I've seen so far.

Why are we looking at kendal brown are we trading back and if so Id prefer wendell moore. I dont understand the F.O obsession with one sided players. Reason we have so many guys contribute nothing in the playoffs .

Jovic went backwards this year. Always strikes me as a red flag when a guy gets worse all the sudden.

I do like Tyty because of his PnR game seems pretty advanced and his shooting mechanics look good. He’s a pretty good bet to figure it out as a shooter and would be a nice scoring guard off the bench so we can finally end the Shake Milton era.

I’d prefer some of the others mocked ahead of him in the draft but wouldn’t be upset if we end up with him. I feel like Kentucky guards always get underrated too because Cal has no idea how to recruit shooters or run an offense.

Solid defense, solid shotcreating. I'm just so over unskilled Gs, though. By the time SEC conference play rolled away, teams didn't even had to guard TyTy or Wheeler on the perimeter. Just begging them to shoot. Why waste our time with Gs like that?

I can't really understand how this guy is dropping like a stone. I haven't seen his whole body of work, but I imagine he'd look like DLO did at OSU if he had done the college route.

I think he got hurt by playing on a **** G League Ignite roster with zero spacing playing against experienced players. The other reason is that his finishing was pretty bad so that’s scared some people given his rep as an iso scorer.

I don't know what it is about David Roddy, but he screams Boston Celtic to me.

If you want to target the Grant Williams role player type, then Jake LaRavia should be your target. Was an all around great player who showed creation on the offensive end, great shooting upside, and an ability to create deflections/block shots. He's the kind of "role player" that I could understand targeting in the first round.

Why so much smoke about Gs to us? I'll be severely disappointed if we take a G, even if it's BPA. Take the best wing you have on the board, even if there's 8 Gs and Cs ahead of him on the overall ranking.

I wouldn't be mad either. Jovic is more of a long-term project to me but the team is in a win-now mode so I don't think he would be a good fit.

I don't believe he will make it to #23. I think Kennedy Chandler will be there though.

I really want a wing as well but I don't want to reach for one. I love Eason and Jalen Williams but I don't expect either of them to be there. I'm not a fan of anyone else except Dalen Terry. He is the last acceptable wing that I would draft. If he's not available I would look for a scoring guard that can come off the bench.

Hate to break it to you, but no one we're drafting is going to be a win now move. If they are, we massively lucked out (ie Maxey).

Look at the Warriors last draft, they had the #7 pick and #14. Neither of those guys did much of consequence this past year. And the year before that they drafted Wiseman with the second pick. It's usually 2-3 years before they are consistent contributors.

Side note, if we thought GSW was good this year, there's a second wave of hell the league is going to face with Wiseman, Kuminga, and Moody being groomed by Curry, Thompson, and Green. I imagine they'll trade Wiggins right as either Kuminga or Moody are coming into form and completely rip off the other team.

Watching more of him, he just looks like an NBA player that needs to put more meat on his bones. Quick trigger shooter with excellent vision and is enormous. It's similar to Hardy: yes the stats kinda stink in some regards, but they easily pass the eye test in terms of showing high level talent. Very strange they are both dropping like this.

Watching some videos of Blake Wesley and I like him. He looks long enough to be wing switchy on defense and passes the eye test on offense but his advance metrics are bad. Looks to have a wide variance of draft projection that 23 falls in.
