He took back the narrative, and as for proving people right, your man Benji proved everyone else right about him ten times over this summer and in the playoffs. Yeah, all these arguments are so bizarre and backwards I don't know how to respond to them seriously. I don't even know where to begin. Just waiting for him to end up in Sacramento in a starting lineup with Fox and Richaun and for him to act like that's somehow the perfect fit.

Probably Simmons fanboys should find a different Board to post on. I see all the less reason to not just let his ass sit until some of the teams that have typical training camp delusions of grandeur fade when the lights come on. Sixers can stop wringing their hands and licking Simmons taint, the true alpha has scent marked the omega and now he can sit and play Call of Duty until Morey finds a use for him in a trade that benefits the Sixers, the Team this Board is about.

I used to be one of those people that had high hopes for Simmons, defended the hell out of him, and now realize it all just babied him more and more when people did that. Here's the thing. Embiid has stayed loyal to this city and to his teammates. If Ben was his running mate, then it was ride or die with Ben. That's how Embiid looked at it. That's how he embraced it. There was never any comments on his part whether he knew in his heart that it wasn't going to work or not. He wasn't going to be the one to bitch up and complain and throw someone else under the bus. You can spin it however you want to support your agenda, IDGAF, but the bottom line is Ben Simmons bitched up. Turned petulant child through all this. A spoiled little brat who was never actually dedicated to the situation. I mean, did anyone really think he would finish his career here? I certainly didn't.
Of course Jo said he loved playing with Ben...Because he's loyal to the situation! Now that Ben has pulled the crap he's pulled and basically said FU to Jo, despite Jo and other teammates making the effort to STILL coddle Ben by flying out to LA...I guess the gloves are off at this point. WTF man? If I was Jo...After making all that sacrifice and effort to make this work just to have Ben spit in my face, i'd say the same stuff. In fact, the first time they go head to head watch TF out because Simmons is gonna get SONNED. He's the enemy now.

I could care less if we trade them for a box of chocolates once you get past the first round of the playoffs the coward is virtually worthless. Come playoff time we will be a better team with Maxey and Thybulle.
