Draft players to gain popularity in other countries? No offense, but that might be the worst reason to draft a player I've ever heard.

In this video, the most impressive thing he does isn't the threes he drains. At around 1:05, Murray goes coast to coast and finishes with his left hand (he's right handed). D'Angelo Russell, second overall pick in this most recent draft, is terrified of doing that.

The reason he can be a top five pick is because every shot that leaves his hand has a chance of going in. The reason he will be is because of his underrated athleticism and ability to finish with both hands at the rim. Defense will come with time.

I agree. I think he can become a legit scorer at the next level.

At no point did I say it was the reason to draft anyone, I said it was a nice little bonus. Which it unquestionably is for a team looking to rebuild it's imagine, not only in the U.S., but throughout the world.

Bos, Lal, Phx and Min are all loaded with PG or combo guards with potential, I could see Dunn falling out of top 5. If the Lal pick does not convey, I hope we give a try to get a top 10 for Murray. He will be great in the league.

I know, right? The sad thing is that he's had a bunch of huge dunks already this year, just not over anyone. This one will hopefully silence the "unathletic" tag.

Brandon Ingram just had a hell of a stretch to close the half against Virginia, back-to-back-to-back he goes down hits two pretty looking 3's and then destroys his man off the dribble and finishes with an emphatic dunk. Just oozing with potential.

He has been on an absolute tear this game. It's been unreal.

Ingram is creeping up on Simmons. I honestly don't know who I'd take if the draft was tomorrow

Considering our team and the strenght of its positions, it would be Ingram to me.

Honestly, I don't care which we get and I'm happy that this seems to be at least a 2 player draft.

Ingram in that stretch showed every move on the book. Spot up 3s, pull up mid range, on the move mid range, put backs, and a driving dunk in heavy traffic. He carried us today. Clearly got exhausted in the 2nd half, that doesn't take away what he did though

I will be very happy about that if we get a top two pick, ecstatic if we get that and the Lakers and Celtics don't.

I only saw little bit of the game today, but he impresses me. Not always huge numbers, but you can see he has 'it'. He reminds me of Jrue at ucla...you could see something in his game that you knew would translate to a good NBA player. I think Murray is a better shooter/scorer, but they're similar in that sense. Simmons and Murray would be a great draft.

Which means we'll pick 3rd again.

I prefer Ingram though. Higher capacity for being an elite scorer and we need one badly.

I think its a 3 player draft. Dragan Bender is legit.

I'm not too thrilled about Dunn, even if I think he's a plus defender.
Really courious to see what Jamaal Murry can became in pros, playing the PG spot and not the SG spot.

Maybe mockers are sleeping on Ulis: he's short but tough. The Isaiah Thomas' lesson needs to be learnt.

Ulis is a tough little player, but he lacks Thomas' athleticism.
