Well, BleedGreen certainly slowed this down. I'm happy with where I'm at though...will get a solid player at 16 & my starting five along with a bench player will all be at least 4th rounders.

I believe he gets skipped but can make a selection at anytime

So I what happens if the person picking doesn't make their pick in time.
Or if they don't come back at all?
