If he was on the Sixers last year he would have had even worse numbers than he had, and he still shot 42% from the field.
He is a long athlete that can shoot, and he has a bit of fight in him too, but I don't see him ever getting beyond an allstar type.
It's early though, but let's see how he does this year.

He didn't shoot great but you can see the form there. He has a great stroke. He will shoot better especially with better talent around him.
