No amnesty in the new CBA. So no. They could stretch waive hm, and have his last 2 years count for 3.6m a year for 5 years instead of ~9m a year for 2 years. But thats a bad idea even if you were waiving him.
I remember people saying its a good contract cuz the third year is ung but basketballinsiders and spotrac note that 3 years are guaranteed, he has the biggest contract of all sixers
