He has very high IQ in reading the defense and using angles. He’s an inspiration to 40+ year old like me who can’t jump anymore.

He's a few inches away from being the closest replicant of diet Luka / Cade-level out there, and even then he's pretty damn close.

Luka has a negative wingspan, but his strength and ability at ~6'8 still makes him a unicorn and a matchup nightmare. Cade is ~6'7 with a ~7' wingspan and fairly athletic even with his languid playstyle.

Kon's numbers were mindblowing, his shooting indicators were ridiculous and I went on ad nauseum about how impressive his slashing foul generation and passing numbers were and he legit looked like a genuine star #1 option at Duke whenever Flagg wasn't around.

My only slight hesitancy regarding his profile was the fact that he was only 6'5 and with a 6'6 wingspan. If he were like 6'6 barefoot with a 6'8 or greater wingspan he'd have been a nearly flawless prospect and an extremely strong option as a traditional 2nd overall pick.

Kneuppel has been great, but I don’t see him in that Cade/Doncic archetype. He’s more like a different flavor of Klay Thompson, an elite shooter who scores efficiently without needing the ball. That’s actually valuable, especially with the league moving away from heliocentric offenses.

Yeah, Doncic’s height paired with that skillset is what makes him different. Try replicating his moves in real basketball and you’ll see you can’t pull them off without having elite size for your position.
