He was a pretty complete college scorer, however I don't think he has the quickness or burst in his game to transfer what we saw in college to the NBA. I'm not sure Fultz will be one of the 10 best players in this class.
I hope so...I wasn’t initially in favor of the trade, but we needed another shooter. Let’s hope he gets his shot together and reaches his upside.
I'm not worried about his perimeter shooting. I think he'll eventually get that, just like the other rookies in the class that are currently struggling. These guys are overwhelmed by the speed and physicality of the competition. Once they get stronger, if they have the mental strength to regain their confidence, they become good shooters. If not, they become Nik Stauskas.
