Trading for Randle would be a terrible move. Chasing names just to chase names.

I'm little mad about the Deni trade. I thought we could have easily beaten that trade without it being a big deal. Portland just robbed Washington, but what else is new? The Bullets get robbed by everyone. We should have been all over that. Again, I'm not furious about it, but Deni is an ascending player. He's on his way up in this league and about to really hit his prime. Good for Portland...Highway robbery.

Compared to what? He’s closer to a superstar than Ingram easily. His contract is friendly for longer than Ingram. And he actually rebounds unlike anyone on the Sixers for about 3-4 years. And he generates fouls.

He’s not a perfect fit, but he’s better than most of the alternatives I’m seeing out there.

If the Sixers trade for Ingram I think I'd rather have Derozan than KCP with the rest of the money. Ingram would be your 3, KCP isn't really a 2. KCP isn't really big enough to be your 4, neither is Ingram. I think Derozan can play more of a 2 than KCP could and then you put Oubre at the 4 and bring him back.

Maxey
Derozan
Ingram
Oubre
Embiid

isn't terrible.

You can't have Oubre as your starting power forward. This team is sorely lacking in the rebounding department.

Deni would have been real nice, but paying two 1sts, two 2nds, plus a flippable vet was too much IMO. Picks are becoming devalued because 30% of the teams own 80% of the picks so they don't care about throwing 6 picks into a deal.

Not for a 1st.

The Lakers are apparently interested, though.

Just pissed that all these cool guys seem to be available and we're not going to get any of them.

If we can get anyone, I want one of those cheesy 80s “get the crew back together” off-season by signing Harden, trade for Ben, trade for Wiggins, trade for Fultz, sign RoCo, sign Tony Wroten. Give the freak Sixer fans what they want.

Yeah, I can't get with the Randle idea floated on here. Or Brandon Ingram. Or Kyle Kuzma.

You forgot Saric.

Morey is crazy enough to offer Harden a max deal even after everything that happened last year, too.

Gosh I wish the Mikal trade didn’t happen, only because of what it did to Lauri’s value.
