Meeks is a FA and I don't think you are allowed to combine trade exceptions and players in a deal.

this

didn't we also use most/all of that exception on slammin sammy young?

yup just gotta ensure it by moving up a little

I know its EXTREMELY unlikely, but what is your guess if this were to happen?

sitting at 15 and both Henson and Ross are still on the board?

I'd be okay with Ross....

but I would be really ok with Ross and a big(or Jones) then dump Iggy (baring he isn't used to get Ross) for Al Jeff and I'd feel a lot better about things because we would get more prospects to add to the core and if Al Jeff is meh or leaves in 2, it won't suck as bad since we have those guys to overhype..lol.

Jrue/Scott MF Machado.
Ross/Crawful
Turner( Get on the juice son)/Ross
Jones/Thad
Al Jeff/FA Center(McGee?

We probably would suck chunks on defense but offensively we would be better..lol.

Just make something happen tomorrow...

I really don't want either Henson or Ross.

At this point, if they can get both I'd be ecstatic if only because it means they tried to do **** for once.

If they are their targets then fine...go get both.

If Houston can play 2k so can we...

then again Thorn probably isn't even playing DoubleDribble right now.

I'm just going to say this and you can hold me to it if we draft both (or either) of them.

Neither of those guys will be much more than bench players in 4 years. I just don't see it.

I've been wrong before, but it's unlikely in my opinion.

ok so ross and henson off the board...best guess on who is next on our board?? (T Jones, Sullinger, Zeller)....I am guessing its T. Jones? This is assuming Waiters and Rivers are gone too

On a side note, I am a big T Jones fan. I follow UK bball. I think he is a poor man's Bosh, has some Odom in him too. Yes his game isn't pretty, but he really has a great mentality and just is a winning player. He's very athletic to run the floor, has some range for a 4, and blocks shots. He also is a good rebounder (7 plus playing next to A. Davis in only 29 mpg.) I know some people here think he is a tweener, but I think I know this guy very well. He is 250 lbs and is big enough to bang down there with fours. I could see him being 16 and 8 for many years ..I also think he is a great fit with our guards (Jrue and Evan).

If the Houston Rockets aren't able to acquire Dwight Howard, sources say they'll attempt to trade for Rudy Gay or Josh Smith.

Put Iguodala's name on that list!

Terrence Jones or Sullinger. OR Lamb if he fell. Front office is split on rankings between Jones and sullinger.

Ehhhh Bosh? He doesn't have the shot or height that Bosh has.

The problem is in something you highlight. You said he's a 4 and he's capable of being a 4. That's very true. But Terrence doesn't see it that way. He wants to be a 3, Calipari has put it in his head that he's a 3 in the NBA. He played face up in HS and loved shooting it.

He can definitely be great, but I wouldn't be excited with someone of his mind set. And someone who takes themselves out of games like he has on several occasions.

Seriously let them do all the work to move up into the top 10. then give it to us for iguodala. Thorn clearly doesnt want to do any of the dirty work so let Houston do it for him.

well it is gonna come down to who Collins likes more. I feel strongly that Ross will be gone and it will come down to T Jones or Sullinger. Doug Collins, i would love to know the thoughts in your head.

I wouldn't be upset with either TJones or Sully but if Lamb is there I'd rather have him.

If Sullinger is there, I'd be very disappointed if the Sixers took someone else.. Unless Sullinger's health issues are even worse than I think they are.

I'll say it for Krazy..

If we pass on Lamb we are giant dumbasses.

He and Ross fit really well between Jrue and Turner (and Iggy...if we have to use Turner to get him...jus sayin).

There.
