Alright, since there isn't much interest in the pick...

With the 7th pick of the 7th round, the Orlando Magic select...

Image

Ed Davis, PF.

Davis is young, rebounds very well, shoots for a good percentage, and can play both the 4 or 5. He's the perfect big off the bench for the Magic.

San Antonio Spurs select...

F/C-Drew Gooden

A savvy veteran big and only 30 years old. coming off a pretty solid season with Milwaukee, He will be able to play both the 4 and 5 off the bench,is a fierce rebounder and his mid range scoring ability is a perfect compliment to Blake Griffin and Drummond who both play around the basket and in the paint often.

Brandon Knight
Austin Rivers / JR Smith
Andre Iguodala
Blake Griffin
Andre Drummond / Drew Gooden

The Detroit Pistons select....

C- Byron Mullens

A young developing big coming off his best season with Charlotte. His offense and jumper will be a nice change of pace from the defense of Sam Dalembert and fits well next to him or Tristian Thompson who is a defensive 4 as well.

Damian Lillard
Kobe Bryant
Stephen Jackson / Michael Beasley
Tristian Thompson
Samuel Dalembert / Byron Mullens

When did we go from 3 hours per pick to 2? PhilasFinest picked last at 11:08 AM, and it's only 1:34 PM. Cinci still has until 2:08 PM, unless I missed something.

Whoops, my mistake. I looked at that page before I logged in and I think the default time is CST. He does have another 30 minutes.

thanks. Kyrie was a guy I really wanted to pair with LeBron and I do believe that he will go back to Cleveland once he's a bit past his prime and Irving develops into a superstar. Thought he possibly could've lasted until early 2nd.

And to Koponen, I will need some time to think about that offer. I like the size George brings to this team.

Sorry for missing the pick guys, the LA Lakers need some additional size in our front court, so we're going with a big guy that is still pretty young but has plenty of experience, is physical and can rebound the heck out of the ball.

The LA Lakers select C Zaza Pachulia, who looks like he is already outfitted for Los Angeles

ExplosionsInDaSky and the Phoenix Suns Select f/pf CHRIS SINGLETON
Image

Strengths:
Difference maker on the defensive end
Can guard on the perimeter or in the post
Great reaction in jumping the passing lane
Athleticism
Length
Shot blocking
Solid rebounder
Plays with high energy at all times
Terrific in transition
Good passer
Range out to the three-point line

Wizard fans really seemed to like him as well. I got him mainly for his defense. Athletic enough to guard either forward position and will play a lot of minutes on this team. I don't have a ton of length between Favors, Anderson, and Singleton but I have high energy, floor spacing, and some very very good defense. I think my frontcourt in underrated rebounding wise as well.
This team is built for the future and Singleton will play a major role in that. I certainly didn't get him for scoring but if he can ever develope an outside shot he's Robert Horry all over again. At the very least he's all the positives that Renaldo Balkman couldn't be.

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
