It’s all because of these low cut shoes.

Please let the Suns stretch waive Beal.

Please let the Suns stretch waive Beal.

Not because I want him, but because I want to laugh at the insanity of having 22M dead money annually on their books until 2030.

 It's different, but sure. And Morey could still get something for Embiid if he's smart and does it now, unlike Beal.

A good breakdown by a foot doctor on shoe design contributing to Achilles (it’s not the low tops tho).

Bring back the high top Chuck Taylors.

Didn't Harvey Catchings wear red Chucks for awhile with the Sixers?

I don’t think a shoe has anything to do with an achillies tendon. That’s like saying low top shoes increase risk of an ACL tear. Low top shoes are the enemy of weak ankles.

I have Achilles tendinitis right now from wearing low-cut shoes. Now, I use a massage gun after every game to help reduce the inflammation.

It depends on individual genetics, some people have strong knees, while others are more prone to weak ankles. I took a DNA test before that assessed my ACL injury risk, and it came back low. I’ve never had any knee issues, even during the lockdown when I was running a lot.

Probably some untraced money changing hands in that Jrue / Simons trade

It's not great for BOS either. They only saved like 5M, still way above the 2nd apron, and it's not like Simons isn't pretty trashy. It's a very weird trade.

They'll end up flipping Simons to someone in a year for 5 firsts.

ESPN Bobby Marks saying this trade saved Boston like 40 million in luxury tax

That’s a great trade for Boston. Jrue’s level of play is diminishing and he’s on a horrible contract.

They get younger guard on an expiring and 2 probably early 2nd rounders. Solid move. Can probably trade Simons again to move Porzingis.

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
