One on one fox kills ball.

Zero chance that happens, no agent worth their salt is letting that happen to their client.

What would be interesting is if the Lakers pass on Ball and he falls to three which might spark trade interest for him.

I think they'd pass on Ball if he refuses to work out against anybody.

The 76ers drafted guys, three years in a row, that didn't they didn't work out at all.

It's interesting that guys are so against drafting Josh Jackson, that they are concocting scenarios where the Lakers don't draft Ball, so the 76ers will be forced to select a lesser talent.

Since you're so 100% sure that Jackson is superior than all the other prospects, can you tell me what makes him so truly special?

Anybody other than Jackson or Ball, in that #3 spot should be a fire-able Offense, IMO.

I like him and agree he's one of the sleepers in the draft.....but Chris Paul clone? Cmon. Paul is arguably the best pg in the game. If he was his clone, he'd be a top pick in the draft.

I agree that it's unlikely that happens. Top guys don't do that and Ball has no reason to do that. The only top guy in the last 5 years that did something like that was Dante Exum. He let the Magic and Kings see him get dominated by Elfrid Payton and Marcus Smart.

I was very low on Tatum; but after watching a little bit of tape on him, I think he may be the best option at 3. His 3pt % is gonna improve but would he be a good fit? He would probably push saric to the bench and we would have to bring in someone who can guard the 1&2(KCP)
Simmons, KCP, cov, Tatum, embiid

Great. When Tatum becomes an All-star you got a nice sig :D

I do like Tatum. I like him a lot. Players who aren't good FT shooters irritate me. I think many are underselling Tatum and he has a lot to offer. With that said I still think Jackson has more to offer. Even if he will irritate me when he's missing foul shots he should make me smile about all the other things he does well.

I think it's amazing the mock drafts I have seen so far don't have us taking Jackson. Chad Ford has us taking Monk which is ridiculous. That just makes him lose that much more credibility and he already had no credibility. Another had us taking Tatum. Jason McIntyre also had us taking Tatum. Yeah I can see their reasoning for this but I just don't see it. I mean Jackson was the top prospect before the season and really did nothing to relinquish it. There should not be a reason for him to fall to 4th. I think too many outside observers are overthinking this and finding a reason for us to pass on Jackson. I wish he did shoot better and I get the fit thing but he does fit. I can see BC trading the pick after hearing him talk about wanting a good fit but if he stays at 3 it should be Jackson. I don't want to trade anyway.

National media do these mocks with fits they would like to see. That's why you get Monk and Fox being mocked to the Sixers

Just take whoever is left of Ball, Fultz, or Jackson. It's that simple.

And this isn't an Okafor situation where you suck it up and draft BPA. All 3 guys fit here.

Maybe Jackson and Ball aren't "perfect" fits. But they are far from bad fits either.

Can't wait for the meltdown in this thread when the trade up rumors start pouring out. Might get some sig's out of it.

First and foremost Josh Jackson is a safe bet bet to be a star . He is a 2/3 with Shades of TMAC. He is the second best prospect in this draft and if he was a knockdown shooter he would be number 1. 76ers will be lucky to have him because he is a beast. Picking Tatum over him is a joke. Do your research kids! Jackson has superstar potential .
