What would it cost to trade for Lonzo? I’m starting to warm up big time to going after him.

I like the idea but not sure why we'd need to include Green since he's useful for us, does nothing for NO, and we can easily match the salary with driftwood.

the plan is to get as good as quickly as possible....I fully believe we could have been a borderline playoff team last year by adding young veterans....using or draft picks and cap space.....can I specifically tell you who? no.

You’re right. I didn’t realize the Pelicans apparently have two roster spots open. OK, well then this works even better:
Poirier, Scott, Ferguson, Thybulle, PHI 1st, NYK 2nd for Hart and Ball

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread: 2020 Offseason
Lonzo would be a welcome addition in the sense than he'd join Danny as the only spacer on our roster that can defend and the only defender on this roster that can space.
But Lonzo is not a go-to scoring option.
So why invest the assets?

I’d rather have Thybulle than Ball or Hart, so no.

That's too easy though. Who wouldn't do that?

They're not giving up both of them for two 2nds. I doubt you could get Delon Wright alone, for 2nds.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Fine. Keep the 2nds and give them a 1st.

I will say, if we were ever going to move Embiid, it makes sense to get someone in his weight class in return. Swapping him out for a fellow 280 pounder like Lowry just feels...right.

There's probably a trade that sends Thybulle to a third team, Lonzo here, and the Thybulle haul to NOP. Wouldn't even be surprised if it didn't cost us more than Thybulle.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread: 2020 Offseason
I've been to Tampa once. Never saw any Raptors. I know some were used in Jurrasic Park, but there's no way they reside in Tampa. As for Lowry, Tampa Bay Raptor fans would explode with anger if they received anything less than Embiid and three future firsts for him.
