Not mad. I'm just making my own observation that you can't help yourself. I never have this conversation with anyone else on this site; well maybe that Fischella guy who also can help themselves when telling people that they are objectively wrong. And time and time again, both of you are seen in conversations with other users arguing about your all's confrontational disposition.

Alright, I'll drop it like the Jamal Murray portion of the argument. I don't care.

I just want to fast forward to draft night.

I don't think there is a topic on either side that hasn't been debated to the point I want to pull my hair out.

I want it to at least be to the point where we've worked both guys out. With the Colangelos you know there will be leaks lol

What is this top100 talk?

What players on LSU besides Quarterman and Hornsby were even starting caliber?

And please don't say Antonio Blakeney because he was a bigger freshman bust than Dwayne Bacon.

Just an FYI: If you have a pet peeve for people saying Uhhhh and/or Ummmm multiple times, be prepared lol.

Kid is so god damn long tho.

It's crazy, his wingspan is a quarter of inch shorter than KAT and actually has a longer standing reach by half an inch. Now if only he could add those 50lbs, we'd be in business.

I think I'm coming closer and closer to being at ease with which ever one we take with browns connections, jerry's connections with Coach K, having Ned on staff I really think we will make the right choice. I'm ready for these individual workouts and visits, Jojo better be there for them.

JoJo will be there. It's his team.
“This may be one of the best jobs in basketball right now,” Colangelo said at a press conference introducing him as the new GM of the 76ers after Sam Hinkie resigned.

what's freaky is when Ingram effortlessly goes up for a dunk, his entire hand, wrist and almost half his arm are always above the rim.

He is going to be a beast in a couple of years.

His stroke is smooth

It is a little concerning an LSU beat writer really wasn't on the Simmons bandwagon. Then again, not really sure beat writers are always the brightest.

He's talented. Going to take some time to reach his potential as he's so weak/thin. Doesn't appear to have KD like quickness, but he's got great skills.

I like Ingram, looks like a great kid. And I'm all for surrounding stars with length and shooting but at this stage he looks more of a terrific role player like a Kris Middleton. I don't see the KD comps and I think if he were on that plane as a prospect it would be obvious that he was clearly above his contemporaries even at this stage.

I think you are selling Ingram a bit short by calling him Kris Middleton, but I can see the comparison. But even if he is just Kris Middleton, that's more valuable in todays NBA than Lamar Odom (Ben Simmons).

There is that possibility. But all the kid has done is continuously get better. Constantly developing his game and putting weight on. Definitely an upward trend. When it comes down to it, the draft is about projections. Who projects to be a better player?

Ingram does seem a little stiff in the hips. Don't think he moves as fluid as a Giannis/KD.

Just to put it into a little context, here are some skinny guys in the NBA:

Paul George FR Fresno St: 69.7% FT NBA Career: 83.8% FT
Rudy Gay FR UConn:........70.8% FT NBA:..........79.3% FT
Otto Porter FR Gtown:.....70.2% FT NBA:..........74.2% FT
Tayshaun Prince FR UK:....65.6% FT NBA:..........75.6% FT

Some other guys

Isaiah Thomas FR Wash:.....68.6% FT NBA:..........86.3% FT
Rodney Hood FR Miss St:....65.9% FT NBA:..........83.2% FT
Kawhi Leonard FR SDST:....72.6% FT NBA:..........82.8% FT

Thank god these guys are allowed to improve in the pros. And for all those afraid of Kris Dunn's FT%, Isaiah was 68.6% FR year, 73.2% SO year, and 71.9% JR year. Now he's about 15% better in the pros.

And again.. After his first month, he averaged 71FT%. 77-78% in HS.

I see so much potential with Ingram anchoring a perimeter defense. He can do what KD is doing to the GSW's on defense. I also like how dedicated his is to working on his game.

Still leaning towards Simmons because I can see him being a 6'10 Westbrook for our team, but I hope we truly test both players before making a decision.

Im not saying he can't improve,he likely will. Just surprised he shot that low from the line.FT shooting to me, is a big outlier in a players ability to actually shoot.

Guys tend to improve on it as they get into the NBA.Maybe its the fact they get to focus on basketball 100% 24/7.
As you can see, all the guys who have become knocked down perimeter shooters have raised their FT shooting % substantially.

Its also 1 of the factors that leads me to believe Simmons can improve as a shooter.
