TLC's FT% suggests that his 3 pt shot will come around in time. Very few NBA players shoot 85% from the line and are a poor 3 pt. shooter. This combined with his above average defense (11/99 in DRPM) marks the beginnings of a very useful 3&D player in the future. Pretty good find from BC.

I think you're thinking of the clip of Frank defending Dzanan Musa from last year. (Ntilikina's team plays in a much lower league than Doncic's Real Madrid team and I don't think they played each other this year.) That was a pretty whatever play, and Musa is several steps below Doncic as a prospect.

Colangelo said the TLC pick was down to the 6ers recruiting staff - good signs for us ahead of this draft. I'm not particuarly in favour of drafting Josh Jackson with the third pick because I think we already have that player on our roster in TLC and Jackson will take minutes away from him.

He'll either be 2nd or 3rd off the bench at SG. Hard to project his stats since we don't know how Brett Brown is going to divvy up the minutes between all of our guards yet. I'd say somewhere between 7-10ppg.

I'd guess around 20mpg and like 8/3 type numbers. We're just hoping he shoots the ball well and can attack closeouts and slide his feet at a high level, he's prob not going to break out or anything. He's behind Redick and Covington on the wing depth chart and we also have other developing 2s/3s so he won't be ready for his close-up just yet.

I think he will average around 8-10 Ppg but it really depends on who he is on the court with for the most part. If he can get close to a steal a game thatd be nice as well.

He has shown to have fairly good chemistry with Simmons in last year's SL and he will probably get around 2-3 easy dunks or layups a game solely because of Ben.

But if they play him mostly with our backups (not sure what Ben's Mpg will be like), he would probably have a harder time getting points. Especially if he doesnt improve on his shooting %s.

july 31st- reported has patela tendinitis and is shelved in Europe.

TLC had some moments last year but far from consistent or valuable on a good team. Just abysmal in 2017 summer league.
He'll have to play some mighty defense to earn minutes.

I'm expecting a similar year from TLC. Slow out the gate, but catches on later during the season. Learning and watching from JJ is a great thing for TLC. His future role with the team is defending the guard position, running off screens and constant movement without the ball. I could see Brett Brown putting TLC in during crunch time to defend at times. He's already a great defender. If he gets his 3pt% from 31% to about 35% then we're looking good.

I think 8ppg would be a solid projection.

It should be interesting to see who develops best, between TLC, Stauskus, and Korkmaz. I think TLC has the advantage with elite finishing in transition. He catches difficult passes and is good at improvising. All 3 need to get stronger and improve on team defense.

Right this very second it's Stauskas, TLC and Korkmaz. I feel by the end of the year it will be Stauskas, Korkmaz and TLC if Summer League is anything to go by.

Stauskus and Covington started to use a midrange game, last year. It really helped their confidence.

Agree. He is much more NBA ready than TLC and Korkmaz. So damn disappointed that he has been forced to stash for a year overseas. I think he could have gotten some good NBA minutes.

He's a solid 3 and D prospect prospect off the bench. I'm hoping he gets somewhere around 20-24 minutes per game consistently. That seems like a lot to me for some reason. How I broke it down.

PG Fultz 32mpg TJ 16mpg
SG Redick 28mpg TLC 15mpg Sauce 5mpg
SF Covington 30mpg Dario 10mpg TLC 8mpg
PF Simmons 32mpg Dario 18mpg
C Embiid 30mpg Holmes 18mpg

That would give TLC 23 minutes per game. BTW, I'm terrible at math. Don't judge me lol.

Bolden is very promising, he should be great for the future. Anyway, all 3 guys have good length, it will come down to who improves in shooting, hopefully 40% on 3s eventually, and defense.
