Why would Joel be banned when he didn't throw any punches? He pretty much was put in a headlock and tried to defend himself so If the league try to ban the guy heavily then that would be beyond ridiculous.

I'm predicting a one game suspension for both. Neither has ever been in any trouble and it was more of a scuffle than a full on fight. More of a warning shot than a punishment.

Remember what i said about Embiid defending PFs to generate mismatch?

Watch the Wolves game. Horford was on KAT. Biid had several possessions when he was defended by guards, roco and wiggins.

in todays nba..yeah, 2 games is ok. normally, that "snuggle"

wasnt worth any suspension imo (esp. comparing it with the paul/rondo altercation where actual punches were thrown), but hey, it is what it is.

at least he is right back for the next whiny opponent with mitchell and gobert. you just gotta love embiid :lol:

(too bad he misses the whiteside game though)

2 games suspension for Joel. So we have Played 4 games so far. By the end of the 6th game he would have missed 3 1/2 games. He should be more than fresh for the playoffs.

The thing about joel is when he misses more than 1 game , he loses a bit pf conditioning.

I noticed he was moving better on both ends in the timberwolves game compared to the atlanta hawks game
