After watching some of the footage Elgee has put up on his Hakeem write up for backpicks, probably need to pump the brakes a bit on the Embiid = Hakeem takes lol.

I don't think that Embiid should sit until we get to a meaningless game, and that may not happen before the end of the season. Until our seeding is established he should play every game.

I'm looking forward to the symbolic victories of winning 50 games and of Embiid playing in more than 70 of them.

I just love how he's finally playing bully ball with the small guys. That will serve us well in the playoffs and force teams to put bigger guys on the court or get destroyed on the block

I wouldn’t put much stock in that. X rays were negative. Let’s just wait to see what they say.

I think I heard them say during the game he passed the concussion protocol. So if its an issue its a bone one.

I wouldn’t be too worried about the “not good” caption. It wasn’t necessarily referring to his condition, but possibly just a remark that he is in the hospital. It was a nasty hit and they just want to keep an eye on him.

I’ll be worried until I hear he is fine, but all the initial reporting, which came after X-rays and concussion testing, report he should be fine.

This won’t cause him to miss the playoffs right ? He’ll be able to mask up and keep playing i hope.
