Would you do Milton and Horford for Beverley, LouWill, and Noah? That's a pass for me. Although with the ~7M savings it's quite possible Josh Harris takes it anyway.

I'd be astonished if Brand could pull that off. The Embiid, Simmons, Porter, Harris situation would still need to be sorted however.

Just a follow up, Porter is the Cov, Saric, Harris hybrid that we've needed to pair with Embiid and Simmons this whole time. He would fit in perfectly here, imo.

I think Harris for Porter is a fair deal. Porter has injury issues. Harris has been very durable.
