Would players get paid during the suspension? When would new contracts kick in? And when would free agents become free agents? Would free agents be allowed to join their new team. If healthy would Kyrie and Durant be allowed to play for the 2020 playoff Nets ?
Would drafted rookies be allowed to play in the playoffs?

If you suspend the season then everything gets moved back, the 2021 season might be an abbreviated season. With players looking for their full contract value and sponsors saying I'm not paying for a full season of ads when I did not get a full season of play.

My guess is well jump into the playoffs in May with the current standings.

Lebron has gone from the most hated player in the league to a darling back to minimal hate (joining the Lakers) back to a media darling. Unlucky Nah ! He plays the game and media better than anyone ever has. He is truly the GOAT at this.

Completely beside the point. They need to feed their families too, as Latrell Sprewell would be quick to remind you.

Greed begets greed, which is why I'm not at all surprised by the likelihood that that league won't cancel any games and shorten the season, but will instead drag the playoffs into August if necessary. That should make the "off season" interesting, as it would be barely a month that they would have to jam free agency and the draft into before training camp commences.

Yes but you have to be exceptionally talented, have thick skin and don't make burner accounts to defend your position.

Exactly. That is why I said last year how genius was it for him to opt for the Lakers. Aside from his die hard fans, he has 3 fanbases supporting him. Lakers hold the global fanbase.

The reason why I said he’s unlucky is because the NBA scenery may change after the league resumes it’s schedule.

Gotta say, when I saw he was trending on Twitter and I remembered Denver had a few unnamed team members test positive for coronavirus, I was definitely not expecting the results to be what it was.

To be fair those pubes looked pretty strange.

NBA is showing the replay of our game 7 against the Raps.

Some key take aways.
- Having Biid on Siakam allows the Raps to have atleast 15 more off rebs, that killed us. This probably added a reason why we added Al.
- Butler and Biid PnR with Ben at the dunker spot was not effective.
- Tobi and Ben were non existent in the clutch. We have to find ways to get them involved. It was just JJ, Biid and Butler for the last 4 minutes of the game
- Sure we could dump the ball to Biid, but Raps did a good job clogging and collectively defending Biid. With both Butler and Ben being negative floor spacers.

Is it all just all in the mind?

If Curry didn’t make 3s like they were lay-ups, will people never believe that they can be better 3pt shooters that they can ever be?

If Harden didn’t keep making those step back 3s, will we ever realize that we can make 3s at a more advanced level?

Sports show us that it’s really all in the mind. And to unlock your potential, you have to change your mindset

If you think about it. Teams have been running twin towers lately. It’s just that one of these bigs can move like a wing.

Siakam-Gasol
Giannis-Lopez
AD-McGee/D12

For us to make the finals we need to go up against 1 or 2 of Siakam-Gasol or Giannis-Lopez. Then likely face AD-McGee or D12 in the finals

You can say.. you don’t worry about Gasol, Lopez or D12 taking advantage of Tobi or Ben. But if you watch G7 of the Raps series, it’s getting outrebounded with Tobi at Gasol that hurt us.

That and Jimmy and JJ with our core right now isn’t that potent of a firepower to compensate for that in that game. It’s not like we had a Warriors deathball to counter Raps frontcourt of Siakam and Gasol.
