If they stick together in Philly for the long run, MCW and Noel is gonna go down as one of the great defensive duos. You can just tell. Throw in Embiid...man that's awesome. Defense wins championships.

Just got home and the video isn't available yet. wTF. Seems Noel looked good. Nice sign that he went 7-7 from the Ft line.

Noel- Very Impressed, looked very confident and ready you can really tell he worked hard. Good hands, strong around them, very quick hands he had 2-3 steals. Free Throws were impressive great stroke. Needs to get use how physical it is in the NBA next couple of games look for his rebounds to go up.

Grant- Not ready good value pick but he dosentvdo anything good enough to stick on a NBA Roster.

McDaniel- really like this kid started off slow, but the 2nd half he picked it up he just knows how to play the game. I think he's gonna benefit from playing a lot this year.

Thompson- Love his game his does all the littile things had 14 Rebounds. At times last season he showed flashes. Just want him vto be a little more consistant. Glad he came out shooting looks to be confindent in his 3pt shot

Casper- Tough kid, but not in love with his game

Roberts- Very solid playee got better each year at St Joes. Very good athlete showed a solid all around game. Even looked good from the FT line. When tis kid gaines another 10-15lbs watch out

I'd be shocked if Grant isn't on the roster...he and McDaniel have similar appeal IMO

I look at his narrow shoulders and I just don't see where 20 pounds would go to. He's going to be a small 7 footer forever. I watched the game on NBATV and the announcers spoke about how he is slender. But they also mentioned he had not had the ball taken away from him yet, and how it showed a kind of wirey strength which makes sense.

My 2 cents says he will always be a little (7 foot tall) guy. But he can get strong enough to work his game.

Was that Kendall Gill doing analysis today during the game? During the halftime interview with Gortat it looked a lot like him.

Yes...Kendall Gill. He messed up the 2 years away from being 2 years away reference...it was made about the Raptors pick, but he thought it was made about the Sixers.

That body type wasn't a problem for Kevin Garnett. It won't be a problem for Noel. As he gets older he'll naturally get up to 230 or even 240, which will be just fine.

Who does he think he is? Melo?

Yea... but kg put up 25ppg in his day.

I'm a fan of Noel's I just don't want to be disappointed. If he plays KG level defense and gives us 10ppg, awesome.

Just caught the second half, I thought we looked pretty decent against a relatively stacked Orlando Summer league team. Oladipo and Payton are going to bother a lot of NBA backcourts, not to mention Aron Craft and Casper Ware. Loved Noel getting his hands on so many balls on defense, him and MCW are going to be an absolute menace some nights. McDaniel looked good too. I think he'll be able to knock down open looks and fill out the lane from opening night.
