Kyle Anderson, Jaylen Nowell, and Anthony Edwards are the real big three. Need to offload KAT and DLO.

That play to tie it up was pretty crazy. Without it this is a 56 point outing in a loss. Instead it just adds to how legendary the performance was.

Kobble, Mark Williams has looked good recently. He is a lotto caliber big. I’d pick him over Duren

DLO is one of the worst contracts on the league, hilariously, as an expiring.
KAT is intriguing but i think his ceiling is limited by being a bad defensive center.
And still not sold on Edwards as a best player on a championship team, too much bad selection shoots, not efficient enough to be a superstar in the league. His efficiency would keep dropping if he scored more. He's also an awful defensive guy who should be elite.
He's super young so maybe he can get there, but the Wolves have encouraged his bad habits instead of reigning him in.
He's the same player he was last season

Edwards has shown some positive developments since KAT went down. He’s running a lot more PnR and looks way more comfortable as a playmaker (still a ton of room for growth tho). He’s also had some games where he’s looked great defensively. I think you can see the incremental improvements he’s making and the bet is that next year he takes a leap. This season should be a write off and just give him as many reps running the team as you can.

Last night has some pretty incredible performances in the NBA. It's a shame the horrific injury to Damar Hamlin happened. Obviously OT, but man I hope to hear good news about his status.

With SGA out the rest of OKC is going off against the Celts.
Top scorer for the Thunder at the half being one Isaiah Joe.

17pts in 14 mins
I'd like to see an Embiid, Reed, Harris, Melton, Joe & Harden line up right now.
Oops edit: got carried away. Pretty sure that's a violation, 6 on the court
I'd also like to see Michael Foster still available being developed

Re: Around The League: 2021-2022 Season 2.0
Regarding Wolves, there are multiple ways to fix the team. There’s no absolute right solution, just as almost every other issues.
Personally, I’d trade McDaniels, Edwards and DLO.
Then shift towards a “Cavs” or “Jazz” type structure of 2 combo guards and a lot of size at the 4-5 positions.
Edwards is and can be a very good player but he is not a generational player or someone who gives you advantage on other elite teams. While a working KAT-Gobert duo gives you advantage on almost all teams. And to make KAT-Gobert duo work, you need 2 combo guards who can shoot and score (i.e Garland-Mitchell)
If you decide to trade KAT and Gobert, you’d still end up trading Edwards, Dlo and McDaniels because the players you’d likely get in return are guys who overlaps those 3 guys and you’d end up with a lot of redundancies (i.e getting Lavine and Derozan in return)

Joe ends up with 21-4-4 off the bench and OKC beats BOS 150-117.
Without SGA.

Joe would have been a process legend if he was around for when Brett was giving any shooter with a pulse the green light.

While I get the allure of Joe, I will say any player on our team can put up 24 points on a given night. It’s the consistency and efficiency which separates guys from being starters and buried on the bench. Joe lacked consistency while here imo. Still hope he balls out for OKC or wherever he goes.

When Joe played more than 13mins he averaged 41% from 3 in his first year and 37% from 100 attempts the second.
It wasn’t consistency it was Doc.

Look at my comment above. It was Doc. Youngsters just need playing time duh. He had zero leash which is asinine. He’s put on size too.
Shot 41% and 37% when playing more than 13 mins. That’s better than anything Korkmaz has ever done yet he’s still on the list for some reason.
We have nothing with Springer because what is the plan for him?
Sixers FO are a bunch of clowns. Why does every other team find playing time for developing players but us.

It’s hilarious that the Wolves traded away a younger, cheaper version of Gobert in that trade. God it hurts my soul how bad that deal was.
