i'd sign twice if I could. He's been clowned this past month and I have 0 confidence in him being able to build a winner around Embiid/Simmons. I'd love to be proven wrong, but right now I want him gone.

Though what I really want is Hinkie back, and I'd be worried about who Harris brings in.

Though I do believe it's a bit of an overreaction at this point (lets see how Okafor is handled and draft goes) but I have absolutely zero trust in BC making the right decisions.

Whatever help you guys need, I am happy to assist. I do web development. Let's make a site highlighting the hypocrisy of BC compared to Hinkie. Someone buy me a domain name and I'll set it up and host it.

How ironic- past gm had more fan support when team was badly loosing and had cloudly future- than a present gm who have more w, and sixers furure looks super bright

Although I'm petrified to see who would be next on Harris' list.

Even if we cannot get Sam back i want a Gm who has a plan, who goes thru interviews... I want gm who wants to be. The GM here and not cry abb not getting nets job( maybe that position open?) and be pushed by the father. #snakelangelos out!

posting my username feels corny and a little redundant but yeah. You can count this post as signing the petition.

"You're Fired!" Colangelo - man, I'd love that.

Sign me on the dotted line.

Us folks in Miami really helped push Al Golden out of UM by raising money on a UM message board to fly banners over the stadium (I didn't partake in it or help fund it, nor did in enjoy the media backlash it created, but I agreed with the goal and I certainly liked its effectiveness). I was wondering to myself just yesterday what similar type of thing could be done here, knowing a plane can't fly a banner in the arena.

Actually though, I'm more on the "Bring Hinkie Back" train than I am the "Fire BC" train, though I realize the former can't happen without the latter, and would never happen anyway. I would LOVE some We Want Hinkie chants to occur at home games.

How much does a billboard on the Schuylkill cost?

Please let this be the prelude to the "Brian Colangelo Appreciation Thread!"

I love all of you posting in this thread -- And 1s for all!!
“This may be one of the best jobs in basketball right now,” Colangelo said at a press conference introducing him as the new GM of the 76ers after Sam Hinkie resigned.

But trying to get a guy fired who's Dad is still pretty much a defacto owner, seems unlikely.

Vote of no confidence when it comes to BC. It was a travesty when an owner on board with the process gets cold feet and is pressured into replacing Hinkie. Yeah I know he technically resigned but we all know the truth. Get him out.

As much as I loved Hinkie and don't like BC, I'm not signing this yet. I don't think it matters who they hire as a GM with this owner, he's a gutless worm. If you could guarantee me I'd get Hinkie back, sure, but they could also end up with someone like Billy King, who trades 1st rounders like stocks. Bryan at least has been known to draft well, and our future hinges on drafting. I'll give him through the 2017 draft. If he **** something up majorly, then ok.

And by that I mean in terms of a draft pick or trade. Something talent-oriented, not the transparency stuff.

I'd be more on board if this was a bring back Hinkie petition. That's what I want more than anything.

Yeah we have been lied to regarding injuries, but for the most part, Colangelo has done a good job not messing anything up terribly. Okafor situation is getting messy, but I don't think we're losing out on some massive return with him not being traded.

He messed a lot. He let injured embiid play!
