Maxey needs to rediscover his midrange since he's clearly not getting any whistles at the rim. Whatever happened to that patented floater he had upon entering the league?

Maxey’s been up to 8 assists per game to start this month. I know it's early, but he's getting better at finding guys and running the offense. That's encouraging. I'm not trying to find silver linings, just pointing it out. It's progression, growth, and advancement in his game. We don't need to trade him.

His assistant numbers are up this month. Six games is a small sample to go off of, but it's something I hope he progresses with. 25/8 a game, 2 steals...He's playing well despite the circumstances.
